Anna is lead psychologist on the Postgraduate programmes and manages the Assessment Practising Certificate Review Team.

Librarian and Dyslexia Guild Administrator
Jan is a qualified librarian and manages the Guild Library. She is also the lead administrator for Guild Membership and Assessment Practising Certificates.

Membership and Enquiries Assistant
Tracy is our most recent member of staff to join the team. Having previously worked for the NHS and in Retail, Tracy comes to us as with a wealth of customer service experience. She will be assisting with Guild Membership and Assessment Practising Certificates enquiries.

Managing Director
Mark founded Real Training with Alan Macgregor in 2004 and is now Managing Director. Real Group is the third successful education enterprise that Mark has founded. Mark creates highly effective teams which embrace innovation and focus on impact. He completed his educational psychology doctorate in 2010. He publishes, speaks at conferences, and is a Governor of an inner London Secondary School. He is an alumni of the Goldman Sachs and the University of Oxford Säid Business School 10KSB programme.

Director of Pedagogy and Learning
Siobhan has established and led teams of professional tutors and expert witnesses across Real Group. She excels in developing effective operational systems and teams and takes the lead role in managing the team and collating, interpreting and reporting quality-assurance data for the directors and Middlesex University. As an experienced EP, she has worked with children and young people in mainstream schools for almost two decades. She believes in helping educators to meet the needs of children with SEND.

Senior Instructional Designer
Natalie Houalla is the Senior Instructional Designer for the Dyslexia Guild. She is also the Chair of Governors for her local primary school, as well as the SEND and EDI Link Governor, working with the Wandle Learning Trust. She works within the Pedagogy and Learning team and leads on strategic and accessible learning design.

Multimedia Course Developer
Mateusz Leszczuk is the Multimedia Course Developer for the Dyslexia Guild. He works closely with the academic, pedagogy and learning teams, leading on the design and build of innovative and accessible digital learning resources for Guild members.

Head of Development
David leads the development of the Dyslexia Guild’s learning platform and digital resources. He is passionate about digital design, media, film, animation, accessible e-learning, web and mobile technologies, and has a wealth of experience and knowledge using the latest software packages and tools.
His past projects include the development of bespoke online training solutions, user-interface design (with a focus on accessibility), and programming of a variety of web-based data collection, dissemination, and analysis tools.
David is also trained in business, finance, and marketing to make sure that the Guild’s digital solutions not only look good but also meet the real needs of our members and community.

Senior Instructional Designer
Helen Lapwood is a Senior Instructional Designer at the Dyslexia Guild. With a background rooted in education (Secondary English teacher and Head of Department) and commercial eLearning, she works closely with academic experts to craft unique, interactive blended learning journeys.
